We aim to please all of our customer needs so if you have ordered flashcards for kids and they arrive damaged due to the third party carrier then we are able to help you. You will need to send video proof to tshababooks@gmail.com and dependent on the level of damage, we will be able to issue a refund. In the case of exchanging a product due to dissatisfaction, then you will need to incur the shipping costs.
